These terms apply to all mobile applications ("Apps") published by Tetra Games. By using any of our Apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. You may use the Apps for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools or modified versions of an App, interfere with our servers, or access another player's account.
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your progress and purchases are linked to that account so you can restore them on another device. You are responsible for the Apple or Google account you sign in with. You can delete your account at any time in the App through Settings > Delete Account, or by following the steps on our Account and Data Deletion page. Some social features, such as team chat, require signing in and accepting these terms before you post.
Some Apps let you write things other players can read, such as team chat messages and team names. You are responsible for what you post. You agree not to post:
By posting content, you allow us to store it, show it to other players in the App and use it to operate and moderate the App.

The Apps may offer virtual currency and items, earned in play or bought with real money. Virtual currency and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold outside the App. You get a limited licence to use them in the App; you do not own them.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, under their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. If an App offers a subscription, it renews through your store account until you cancel it in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings.
If you lose a purchase, sign in with the account you bought it with or use Restore Purchases where the App offers it, or contact us. Items may be removed if they were obtained by cheating, fraud, or a purchase that was refunded or reversed.
You may stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access to online features if you break these terms. We may change, update or stop offering an App or a feature.
The Apps use third-party services, such as Apple and Google for sign-in and payments and the advertising and analytics services listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
The Apps are provided "as is". We work to keep them running and fix problems, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Tetra Games is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited by agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If a change affects social features, the App may ask you to accept the new terms before you post again.
